Title deed or sales purchase agreement copy and payment completion certificate, signed passport copy or Emirates ID of the landlord, trade license copy if the unit ‘landlord’ is a company, Emirates ID or passport copy of the authorised signatory, property management letter as per downloadable template, recent Dubai Electricity & Water Authority (DEWA) bill, tenancy contract for individual tenant

By law, holiday homes permit must be displayed in the unit.


Dubai Vacation Homes owner’s onboarding team can apply for your holiday home permit.

A Dubai holiday homes permit is issued for a minimum of three months and a maximum of 12 months. Permit fees are irrespective of the validity period.

Once registration is reviewed and approved, individual owners will be sent a payment link within one business day. The registration will become active once payment is confirmed.

As Dubai Vacation Homes is a professional operator if we apply for your permit, it will be active on our account within one business day of registration.

The DET imposes a one-time application fee of AED 1,500, in addition to an AED 10 knowledge fee and AED 10 innovation fee.
