In many cases, yes. If your reservation is eligible for a discount, you’ll see that reflected in the price when you book. Our long-term reservation sales specialists can also help answer any questions about discounts.
You don’t have to pay all at once! In fact, you’ve got a couple of different options to pay in installments.
If you book at 31 days or more your stay, your payment is split into just two payments. 30% booking deposit at the time of booking, and the balance 30 days before moving in.
With a monthly reservation, you have a saving in some fees, such as the No Agent fees, No EJARI fees, No parking fee, or Utility expenses.
Our cancellation policy is also more flexible for long-term reservations:
- You may cancel your reservation within 72 hours of booking and receive a full refund.
- Reservation payments (minus the booking fee) are refundable up until 30 days prior to the start of your trip.
Generally, Dubai Vacation Homes consider any short-stay home booked for 30 nights or more a long-term rental.
Yes, only for the 1st 30 days, the fee will not apply beyond thirty (30) consecutive nights if you’re staying longer, it will apply again after the next 60 days.
