We are committed to protecting our properties and guests, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification. Before your booking begins, you (the lead guest) will need to verify your details with Superhog Know Your Guest to complete your booking. You will be contacted by Superhog via email and/or text to complete the verification.
You will also be able to choose between paying a refundable damage deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver, as it protects you in case you cause accidental damage during your stay and is cost-effective.

This Property is fully licensed with Dubai’s Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM). All guests must submit soft copies of their passports in advance of their stay.

The DTCM local tourism tax is AED 10 per bedroom per night.

House rules include respecting the neighbours, furniture, and no parties whatsoever. Please adhere to Dubai laws and regulations at all times.

For the safety and comfort of all guests, this is a NON-SMOKING property. Please refrain from smoking inside the property.

This is a self-catering property. For your convenience we provide you with a starter pack of toiletries. Please note that consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products, and additional toiletries are not provided.
The cleaning fee included in the booking only covers the apartment’s cleaning after your stay (check-out clean). If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged prior to check-in for an additional fee.
