The check-out time is typically at 11 am. This allows our staff enough time to prepare the holiday home for the next guests.

Can I request an early check-in?

We understand that sometimes travellers have early arrival times. While we cannot guarantee early check-ins, you are welcome to request one, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs based on holiday homes availability within an hour or two of the 3 PM check-in time.

Is it possible to extend my check-out time?

We do offer the option to extend your check-out time, depending on availability. Please contact us on the day of your departure to inquire about the possibility and any associated fees.

Is there a possibility for an early check-in fee?

How can I guarantee an earlier check-in or later check-out?

If you would like to guarantee an earlier check-in time, we recommend booking an extra night prior to your intended arrival date. This ensures that your room will be ready for your arrival whenever you arrive, without having to wait for the standard check-in time, or an extra night on check-out if you have a late flight home.
